Why Tradeworthy

We're on your side.

Our mission is to help ambitious trade businesses compete — and to win work on merit, not on who answered first or who paid to be seen.

What's changed

It isn't always the best trade that wins the work.

The big platforms now sell opportunities that used to come to you for nothing. Paid ads have taken much of what's left. And customers have changed — whoever gets back first usually takes the job.

None of that is about how good you are. That's the bit we're trying to fix — so an independent firm answers like a national one, and still runs like itself.

The point of view

You probably don't have a work problem.

You have a conversion problem and a time problem.

The work was already there. It rang once while you were on the tools and it died between ringing and answering. And the hours went on enquiries that were never going to land — ringing people back to find out what the job even is, thinking about work that was never going to happen.

Getting found by more people, before either of those is fixed, just means losing work faster.

So what's it actually costing you?

Put your own numbers in — how many enquiries you miss in a week, what a typical job is worth, and how many of those turn into work. Thirty seconds, nothing to sign up for. Nothing you type leaves this page.

What we actually do about it

Software hands you a tool and leaves you to run it.

You never become a software admin — unless you want to.

We set it up.

One call with you, and it's answering in your voice by the end of the next working day. You configure nothing.

We change it when your business changes.

New service, new area, a price change, a week off — send us a message and we do it. You never open a settings screen.

We check it's working, and we come to you.

A report at the end of your first week, a call at two weeks, and a proper review at a month and at three months. You don't raise a ticket.

One person who knows your business.

Message us about anything, and get a reply the same working day. A phone call whenever it's easier to talk.

The commitment

We don't count you as live until you've rung your own number and heard it work.

Every service says it's there if you need it. That costs nothing to say. This one we measure, and it's the number we run the business on.

What stays yours

Your customers are yours. So are your reviews.

Your contacts, your history and your reviews leave with you if you go. Export them any day you like.

We never lock anything up, and we never make you pay to see work you've already earned.

We never price your work either — but that's a longer list, and it's on the home page.

That last row is the honest one. They sell crowds. We make sure you never lose the customer already in front of you.

Who's behind it

We've been doing this a while.

The team behind Tradeworthy has been building call answering and enquiry capture for UK trade businesses since 2025 — paving and landscaping, construction, electrical.

Working with you

We build this with trades, not at them.

We run regional and trade-level research into how trades businesses handle enquiries, and where the work goes when it goes missing. It tells us what to build next, and it tells us what's actually costing independent firms against the biggest players.

If something here is wrong, or there's a thing that would make a real difference to your week, we want to hear it.

Worth a conversation?

Tell us how the work comes in at the moment and we'll tell you honestly whether we'd make a difference.
