Website terms
These terms cover your use of this website. The terms on which Tradeworthy provides its service to a business are set out in the written agreement that business receives before starting — not here.
Last updated: [date].
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Trade Worthy Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17376267, registered office 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA. "Tradeworthy" is our trading name. You can contact us at hello@tradeworthy.co.uk.
2. Using the site
You may browse the site and use the Book a call form for their intended purpose. You agree not to misuse the site — for example by trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping content in bulk, or submitting the form with false details or on someone else's behalf without their permission.
3. What's on the site
The content describes our service in general terms and is provided for information. It isn't an offer capable of acceptance, and it isn't advice. Figures, timings and features described on the site are those we aim to deliver and are set out precisely, together with any conditions, in each customer's written agreement. We work to keep the site accurate and up to date but we don't guarantee that every page is complete or current at every moment.
4. Booking a call
Submitting the Book a call form asks us to get in touch. It doesn't create a contract for our service, and neither of us is committed to anything until a written agreement is signed. How we use the details you give us is set out in the privacy policy.
5. Intellectual property
The Tradeworthy name, logo, the text, design and code of this site are owned by or licensed to Trade Worthy Ltd. You may print or save pages for your own reference. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them for any other purpose without our written permission. Third-party trade marks mentioned on the site belong to their owners; mentioning them doesn't imply endorsement in either direction.
6. Links
Where we link to other websites, we do so for convenience. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
7. Liability
We provide the site "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Our liability to customers for the service itself is governed by the customer agreement, not by these terms.
8. Changes
We may update the site and these terms at any time. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
